We Confirm Availability
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with availability and pricing based on your event. Straightforward — no hidden fees.
Sign & Pay Deposit
Sign the rental agreement and pay your deposit to lock in your date. The deposit is applied toward the total rental cost.
Show Up & Celebrate
Arrive to a clean, set hall. Bar staff are on hand if booked. Post-event cleanup is the renter's responsibility — we'll explain what that involves.

As early as possible — especially for weekends and summer or December dates. Weddings and large events: 6–12 months. Smaller mid-week events: a few weeks may be enough. Check with us and we'll tell you right away.

Yes — the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary can cater your event. They've been feeding Cowichan Valley gatherings for decades and can handle everything from finger food and buffets to full sit-down meals. Just mention catering when you submit your inquiry and we'll get you connected.
