Meeting Schedule
Eagles Aerie #2546 holds regular member meetings throughout the year at our hall on Boys Road in Duncan, BC. Meetings are the heartbeat of the organization — where members make decisions, plan events, discuss community initiatives, and keep the Aerie running strong.
The Aerie and the Ladies Auxiliary each hold their own separate meetings, with joint meetings whenever the calendar brings a fifth Tuesday. Fraternal Order of Eagles — Aerie #2546
Aerie meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Lounge at 2965 Boys Road, Duncan. These meetings follow standard fraternal order procedure — minutes, committee reports, old and new business — and are where members shape the direction of Aerie #2546 in the Cowichan Valley.
Ladies Auxiliary Meetings
Ladies Auxiliary meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Hall at 2965 Boys Road, Duncan. The Ladies Auxiliary is a sister organization to the Eagles Aerie, dedicated to charitable work, fundraising, and community support throughout Duncan and the Cowichan Valley.
Joint Aerie & Ladies Auxiliary
Joint Aerie and Ladies Auxiliary meetings are held on the 5th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Hall. These meetings occur whenever there is a fifth Tuesday in the calendar month — typically three or four times per year — and bring both groups together for shared business and fellowship.

Aerie meetings follow standard fraternal order procedures: roll call, reading of minutes, committee reports, old and new business, and fellowship. Members discuss upcoming events, community initiatives, financial matters, and anything affecting the Aerie.

The Ladies Auxiliary is a sister organization to the Eagles Aerie, made up of women members who support the community through charitable activities, fundraisers, and organizational support. The Ladies Auxiliary holds its own meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Membership requires sponsorship by two existing Eagles members. Pick up a membership form in the Lounge. New membership is $65.00 and annual renewal is $45.00. See our Benefits page for everything included with membership.
